Media development organisations
The national organisations that sustain the development of media are the Ministry of Communication and the Maison de la Presse (House of Press), which is a structured union of press associations promoting the development of the profession. Both entities organise workshops every year to help journalists to improve their skills. Embassies of countries such as the United State of America, France, Germany, and the offices of the European Union are among the international organisations supporting journalists training with scholarships. The Chinese Embassy also supports media by making donations of working material.
