is a lawyer, researcher and writer. He has a “Master I” in law from the University of Kinshasa (DRC), a “Master II” from the University of Nantes (France) and he is currently registered as a PHD candidate at the Law faculty from the University of Kinshasa. Between 2007 and 2017 he published six books in different law fields.
