Klinta Ločmele
PhD in Communication Studies in 2014. Her main academic interests relate to media history and communication of social memory and identity. Klinta’s career began by being a journalist and editorial assistant
She is participated in various national and international research projects, was lecturer on Latvian media history at the University of Latvia and on research methods at Latvian College of Culture, as well as scientific supervisor of students’ graduation thesis. Since May 2015 Klinta works in the department of Media Policy Division at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia
