Bienvenu Patric Rebaile Dalemet
is an assistant researcher at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, Canada and the owner of the online newspaper Corbeau News Centrafrique since 2014. Between 2009 and 2011 he was Head of strategy and marketing communications at the telephone company Telecel Centrafrique.
Mr Rebaile-Dalemet is a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Bangui and PhD in Business Administration option digital communication strategy at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, Canada.
