​Zhan Baghiyan is a Journalist, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor and the Deputy Executive Director for Academic Affairs of the Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Yerevan

Engaged in scientific research on the media landscape of Armenia he is also the Armenia-based correspondent for RTVI (Russian Television International). He is the author of numerous reports on social and political life in Armenia.
